How to live a happy life? This is probably one of the most existential questions of mankind. Positive Psychology that distinguished itself from conventional psychology in 1998, aims to provide a scientific understanding about what makes life worth living. Researchers in that field suggest that happiness can be actively pursued and therefore intentionally created.
In this module, we increase your emotional intelligence by exploring the other side of the spectrum of emotions. We will focus on positive emotions and enter the world of flourishing and thriving by applying the tools of Positive Psychology.
You will benefit from the upward spiral effect of increasing positivity as you discover what activities engage you fully, how to work on building meaningful relationships, what gives purpose to your presence and how to savor and honor your achievements in life.

HOW DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
The module consists of 10 sessions, 60 minutes each.
We are exploring the elements of a happy life and learn how to enhance each of them in a structured way.
Every session you will practice repetitive techniques to build new neuro-pathways. Like this you create happy habits that have lasting effect on your wellbeing and increase positivity such as self love, gratitude and appreciation of accomplishments.
At its core, every session delivers one specific tool covering one topic that is explored creatively for you to engage and integrate. This way you progress in enhancing your understanding of what makes life worth living. By exploring and applying all the tools to self you get to know yourself better and understand what it is that specifically adds to your level of wellbeing.
