This module consists of 10 sessions, 60 minutes each. It contains a set of self-empowerment skills that shall help your children to cope with different life experiences.
Everything we experience in life is interpreted in our mind. We take in the information with our senses and as a result we create a very subjective representation of it. One could say, we imagine the world.
Some of those representations are beneficial, others hold us back from doing the things we actually want to do. The good thing is, we can change those representations! And we can do it in the same way: we imagine!
A lot of tools are therefore based on NLP and Hypnotherapy using the children’s imagination. However, there are also various elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Yoga, Energy Work combined with bites of neuroscience, always tailored to the children’s capacity to digest information.

HOW DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
The children become happiness researchers themselves, exploring different tools of Positive Psychology and other modalities. They are asked not only to practice and apply those tools to themselves but also to evaluate them and form an opinion of how valuable they think they are in contributing to a happier life.
This way they practice skills for raising awareness,
coping and thriving .
At its core, every session delivers one specific tool that is explored creatively for your children to engage and integrate.
Besides that, there are repetitive techniques to condition the children to a particular behavior like self-love and gratitude. This way we create and strengthen new neuro-pathways in their mind. As a result their emotional intelligence is heightened allowing them to become self-aware, well-balanced, caring individuals that are able to regulate and love themselves. These are essential pre-conditions to trust in themselves and a benevolent life in general.
