Nowadays the challenges a teen must navigate are immense.
They are faced with pressures from their parents, peers and school. They are living in a time where there is an expectation to always be connected and this is having a detrimental effect on their overall wellbeing.
In this module we focus on developing your teens' emotional intelligence. We provide them with tools to deal with the feelings they are experiencing, manage conflicts and build up positive emotions.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness activities are combined to challenge and support your teen to look inside and discover their innate ability to cope and thrive. Each session provides a chance for them to explore new ways to deal with the challenges they are facing and empowers them with the tools to become more confident in their daily lives.

HOW DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
In this module teens are encouraged to become curious and playful in discovering how they can become an active participant in increasing their overall wellbeing.
In each session we incorporate all the elements of our happiness model. The teens will become aware of how their thoughts create their emotions and the behavior that follows. This allows them to overcome obstacles and introduces them to different ways to achieve overall happiness.
This module equips them with the skills needed to improve communication, manage stressful situations, enhance critical thinking and boost creativity.
Lastly, we explore their character strengths and brainstorm ways in which they can incorporate them into their daily lives to become happier.
